A day!

In India we have monsoon in the final quarter. Heavy rain, flood and cyclones we found all over the east cost of India. Am now going to share an incident with you people through this blog. Its few minutes assed 4:30, I left my college. I was riding in my bike. Usually It take 20 minutes and I’ve to ride along 10km to reach my house. In the midst of my course, I have to cross a railway line through subway. When I reached that particular subway, I was completely shocked, after a continuous rain for 3 hrs, there were too much of water logged inside the subway. Due to this I took another path and after prolonged patience I was able to cross the railway level crossing. It took around 45 minutes for me to cross that railway line. After crossing, I was able to reach an highway, from there it took around 3 hrs for me to reach home. Due to the heavy traffic, I was not able to cross 10kmph mark. I was crawling along the traffic. I’ve never seen such heavy traffic, Completely stunned! There is a flyover within 3 kms from that highway and I thought that there won’t be any problem for me to cross them, but the snarl persisted there too. Took 2 more hrs for me to cross the flyover. At the same time I was completely wet, because of non stop rain. Besides these things, I was eagerly waiting for the reason of this snarl. Finally I reached flyover’s end and was stunned… it was a massive volume of water, got logged because of heavy rain. I found cars floating in water and most of the vehicle got stuck up in water. Then I slowly cruised along that water and reached my house after a tedious evening with heavy rain, snarl and flood.
