
This is a busy world; most of the people in it are working round the clock, exceeding the speed of the same. This hard, monotonous and vigorous working may lead to stress in human body and also in his/her mind. Stress is the most dangerous factor which leads to critical physical and mental illness in human beings. Here, I will quote some of the way to keep ourselves away from stress.
• Have a positive attitude.
• Be an optimist.
• Develop patience.
• Don’t be a hard worker, instead be a smart worker.
• Don’t react to any problems, instead respond to it.
• Never get tensed because of critical views.
• Throw away your ego.
• Don’t take your office works to house and vice versa… by doing so, you are enhancing the amount of stress.
• Avoid smoking when you are under stress.
• Don’t try to defend yourself when you do some mistakes, just apologies and continue your normal work.
• Don’t hesitate to tell lies at some situation and also don’t use lies everywhere.
• Do your duty sincerely.
• Be punctual.
• Stay away from negative taught.
• Other than these things, you may also practice yoga and other mind relaxation exercise in order to reduce the stress level…
